Far East Square
Far East Square is a unique enclave located in the very heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. Opened in 1999, it is a heritage conservation project with a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and pubs, as well as shops, pushcarts and kiosks.
Just a short walk from Raffles Place MRT station, Far East Square is nestled at the confluence of Amoy Street, Pekin Street and Telok Ayer Street. Stroll into the development, and you will discover a delightful palate of exquisite flavours with close to 30 food and dining outlets. Embark on a culinary adventure – Cantonese delights and specialties from Japan, Korea, India and local Singapore flavours. There are also coffee and dessert cafés, and shops to satisfy our insatiable palates, all set within an alfresco environment.
Don’t forget to drop by Singapore’s oldest temple, now restored as the Fuk Tak Chi Museum, that showcases the lives of early immigrants. Admission is free.Visit website Fact Sheet
